Where do we deliver?

toysrus.com.hk delivers only within Hong Kong.

Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong only. No delivery service for any address outside Hong Kong.

Delivery service cannot deliver to the restricted area, remote area (e.g. country park) and outlying island (except Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island and Ma Wan).

Assembled items and products without carton box cannot delivery to outlying Islands (except Tung Chung), restricted area and areas required special permission for vehicle access (including Wong Shek Pier in Sai Kung).

Our Couriers

Toys"R"Us Hong Kong uses a combination of couriers to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable.

Shipping Fees (For online purchase)

Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Net). Free Standard Delivery for order amount (Net) over HK$349.

Shipping costs start from $50.00.

There is no minimum purchase amount and service charge for Click and Collect service.

Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have logged into your toysrus.com.hk account. If you have previously registered with toysrus.com.hk you can log in at anytime.

• For orders containing only Digital Gift Card(s), standard delivery cost is FREE.
• The Digital Gift Card will be delivered to the email you provided, please contact us if you cannot receive the Digital Gift Card.
• A scheduled delivery date of Digital Gift Card up to a year from the date of purchase can be selected. The email which contains the Digital Gift Card details will be sent to the designated receiver only at the scheduled delivery date.
• If your cart contains both Digital Gift Card(s) and other physical products, shipping costs will still be applied to physical products only.

Additional delivery charge

If the destination is not accessible by lift or direct access by truck, deliveryman will arrange delivery at the nearest unloading point, e.g.: ground floor of the building, carpark, village entrance, public mailbox, etc.

In case customer need to move upstairs or downstairs services to customer’s house, the following additional charge will be charged by delivery service company. Deliveryman will call before arrival, to confirm the arrival time & location, (i.e. either at unloading point or at customer house with additional charge).

^For the continued stair, it will be counted as one floor.

12 stairs count as one floor, the stairs are calculated from the carpark, village entrance, etc.

*Customers are required to pay the "delivery service company additional fee" (no refund), it will be collected by the deliveryman when delivery. Only cash is available.

Estimated Delivery / Ready for Collection Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. We will always do our best to deliver / ready within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery / Ready for Collection Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Self Pick-up Point or Post Offices

Toys"R"Us Hong Kong is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Self Pick-up Point or Post Offices.

Receiving Your Order

Staff from delivery company will contact you by phone, SMS or Whatsapp at the day of delivery. Delivery company will not proceed delivery for order cannot contact receiver. Those order will be delayed or returned.
