Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Toyful Coupon Set

1. The Toyful Coupon Set is only available for purchase by Star Card members through the Toys"R"Us Hong Kong official website. Members must login to their user account to purchase the coupon.

2. Each Star Card member is strictly limited to purchasing only 1 Toyful Coupon Set during the promotion period. While stocks last.

3. The purchased coupon is completely non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full value under any situations. Only one coupon can be utilized per transaction.

4. Pay HKD$99 to receive 3 Redemption Coupons which will be reflected in the member's Toys"R"Us mobile App account as successful payment. The first coupon (Coupon A) will be saved into the account and able to redeem on the same day, while the second (Coupon B) and third (Coupon C) coupons will be saved and able to redeem on the next day of purchase.

5. Purchasing the Toyful Coupon Set will earn Star Card loyalty points, provided the terms and conditions of the Star Card are fulfilled.

6. The Toyful Coupon Set has a limited quota allocated at the sole discretion of Toys"R"Us and will be removed from sale unconditionally once the quota has been fulfilled.

7. The Toyful Coupon Set will not be included in the 3x Star Points welcome offer.

8. All prices listed are in Hong Kong Dollars. Product availability may vary across individual Toys"R"Us stores and is dependent on stock levels at the time, over which Toys"R"Us has full control.

9. Any visuals provided are for illustrative purposes only as actual products may differ from those shown. Toys"R"Us accepts no liability for any variations.

10. In the event of any disputes, Toys"R"Us Hong Kong reserves the absolute right of final decision without contestation.

11. Toys"R"Us Hong Kong retains the unconditional right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions pertaining to the Toyful Coupon Set without prior notice at any time.

12. In case of any conflicts between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions For Redemption Coupons

1. Redemption coupons are non-transferrable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full value, and only one offer can be utilised per transaction, without exceptions.

2. Each redemption coupon can only be used once, limited to one coupon per transaction. The coupon will be removed from the member's App account after use regardless of circumstances.

3. To utilise the redemption coupon, the minimum spending requirement stated on the individual coupon must be met, otherwise the coupon is invalidated.

4. Redemption coupons are only valid before the expiry date shown in App. Expired coupons will be automatically voided upon expiry and cannot be reissued, refunded or exchanged under any situation.

5. Redemption coupons are absolutely only valid for use at Toys"R"Us retail stores in Hong Kong and cannot be used for online purchases under any circumstances.

6. Redemption coupons cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or vouchers of any kind, without exception.

7. For coupon A & B, it can only be used in a single transaction valued at no less than HK$50.

8. For coupon C, it can only be saved $80 in a single transaction value at no less than HK$400. This coupon cannot be used for purchasing video game hardware and software, game cards, trading cards & accessories, Toys"R"Us gift cards and pre-order items.

9. Unless explicitly specified in writing, redemption coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or privilege card offers under any circumstances.

10. Redemption coupons are valid for 90 days.

11. The e-coupon must be presented to the cashier before completing the transaction, otherwise the coupon is invalid.

12. All prices listed are in Hong Kong Dollars. Product availability may vary across stores and is fully dependent on Toys"R"Us's discretionary stock levels.
