1. Shop online and choose your preferred store.
2. You will receive a notification Email when your order is ready for collection.
3. Collect in stores by presenting your notification email.

Expect Ready for Collection Time:

* If ordered items found out of stock, item will be removed from order and arrange refund.

Remarks:

1. There is no minimum purchase amount for Click & Collect service.
2. Certain items and stores are not available for Click & Collect service. You could choose our delivery service option.
3. If ordered items found out of stock, item will be removed from order and arrange refund. Remains items in the order will continue process. Customer will be notified by email.
4. If you ordered a pre-order item, You will receive notification email when order is ready for collection when items available. Please refer to product description for expected dispatch time. 
5. Pick up location or delivery method cannot be changed after order placed.
6. Customer must be pick up their order within 7 days of receiving pick up notification email. Outstanding pickup orders will be cancelled and refund accordingly.
7. Customer should be presenting their notification email, which contains Order number and Pickup number.
8. Gift wrapping not available for Click & Collect order in advance since order is required to check when collection.
9. We will always do our best to ready within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Ready for Collection Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
10. Toys"R"Us reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
